The California School of English is excited to introduce our
‘Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages’ (TESOL)
certification program at our beautiful facility in Temecula, California

English is the preeminent language of business and social exchange around the world and more than 2 billion people are expected to study English over the next decade. The need for teachers with high quality English language teaching qualifications has never been greater.

TESOL certification provides a great career path while also offering a gateway to exotic destinations and life changing experiences. Employers worldwide regard the TESOL certificate as a qualification for employment. It can open the door to obtaining a teaching position at good schools around the world. With the TESOL, you’ll not only be able to teach in hundreds of foreign destinations, but will also earn a salary, meet new friends and gain priceless experiences.

In our TESOL program, we teach YOU how to teach English. In just four weeks of intense TESOL training, you’ll gain the practical knowledge and build the confidence to teach English to people of all ages and cultures. The course includes English grammar, lesson planning, teaching techniques, material review and selection, inter-cultural communication and using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment. You’ll develop your English teaching skills with first-hand teaching experience in front of real foreign students. (Note that many other TESOL courses do not include real teaching experience.) You’ll receive one-on-one coaching and evaluation from the instructor and invaluable feedback from you peers.

The TESOL certification is designed for people with little or no previous teaching experience or for experienced teachers who desire a TESOL teaching qualification.

TESOL students include:

• College graduates seeking a work and travel adventure overseas

• New college graduates seeking a ‘gap year’ teaching experience before starting their careers

• Retirees looking to finally live their lifelong dream of working and traveling overseas

• Ex-military personnel wishing to return to a country they’ve served in

And on completion of the course, The California School of English will help TESOL graduates find jobs!
